I saw this car sporting the owner's self-made 'parking coupon' at a HDB carpark last week. It was already close to 11pm. Could anyone be doing delivery at that hour? Furthermore, it was not a delivery vehicle but a private car. Hmm... if the 'auntie' really came, do you think she will give the driver a chance?.jpg)
