Will you?

I just thought about those without hands again while I was clipping my nails. How do they clip their toe nails when they have no hands? Somebody must have helped them to do it. Who is that somebody? I think it takes a big heart and lotsa love to be able to do it (unless you're in the pedicure business and are probably immune to it?). Will I do it for my loved ones? Will I do it for a total stranger? I don't know. Will you?

I do hv frds during their
later stage of pregnancy
that they hv difficulty
reaching out their toes
that their hubby will helped
to trim their toe nails..
So sweet, isn't it?

Back in 2006, I accompanied
my frd,Michelle who was
then still carrying her
baby in her stomach to KL
to pay a visit to her grandma.
I took candid shots of her
clipping nails for her grandma :)

I will email the shots
to share with u ..

Yes, I believed that I
will do it for my beloved
ones too, it is an act of
love. As for stangers, yes,
most probably when one pays
a visit to the old folks home
or the handicapped..

I have a fear of clipping nails for other people, so afraid i will nip their flesh instead. Guess love for others will conquer all...

Yea, sweet but that's an easy 'job' for them since their wife is already doing the tougher part ;p

Now that you mentioned, I do remember you telling me about Mich and her granny.

I once saw a documentary on Ch 8 about these volunteers at an old folks home. One of them did just that for an old lady. It was really sweet and the old lady showed much appreciation too. Very heart-warming loh :)

Yup, I do believe that love conquers all. It often drives people to do things beyond their ability or imagination, surprising even themselves :)
